Wyndham Rewards is advertising a Fortune Wings Club bonus promotion covering both Wyndham points transfers and direct airline earning on qualifying hotel stays, ending at 23:59 Beijing Time on October 31, 2026. Wyndham’s own terms conflict on the transfer reward and permitted transfer amounts: the advertised bonus disagrees with its worked examples, and the amount instructions are inconsistent. The exact transfer outcome remains unresolved.

Participants need valid Wyndham Rewards and Fortune Wings memberships, with exactly matching English names, and must use their own Fortune Wings account. Transfers go through Wyndham’s Redeem Travel Points page; direct earning is selected in the account’s airline preferences. Residency eligibility and the treatment of stays crossing the campaign dates remain unclear.

Under Wyndham’s current general terms, effective September 30, the airline-earning preference must be set before the stay, and Fortune Wings earning replaces Wyndham points. Qualifying-rate and participating-hotel rules still apply. No live eligible rates, property availability or remaining bonus capacity have been verified, so the advertised offer is no guarantee that a particular stay or transfer will qualify.

Wyndham’s campaign terms say bonus points will post by December 10 and require missing-credit requests and disputes by December 31, 2026. The December posting date covers the bonus only; it does not guarantee when the base points will arrive. The promotional points do not count toward Fortune Wings elite status.

The Snob’s take: weigh the loss of Wyndham points before switching a stay to airline earning. Check the account names and qualifying stay conditions, and keep the posting and claim dates handy. The conflicting transfer terms leave no sound basis for a reward recommendation.

Promotion ends: Oct 31, 2026

Who is affected: Valid Wyndham Rewards and Fortune Wings members with exactly matching English account names, considering points transfers or direct airline earning on qualifying participating-hotel stays; reward and eligibility limits remain unresolved.
